Any and all content on this website is owned by Shirts for assholes. Content includes all shirt designs, pictures, artwork, text, or any phrasing posted to this site of Facebook by Shirts for assholes.

By accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree that all content presented to you on this website is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws, and is the sole property of Shirts For Assholes. You are only permitted to use the content as expressly authorized by us or the specific content provider. Except for a single copy made for personal use only, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any documents or information from this website in any form or by any means without prior written permission from us or the specific content provider, and you are solely responsible for obtaining permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is available on this website. 3. Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as payment. PayPal is the preferred method.

4. Order changes and Cancellations

All order changes and cancellations must be submitted before midnight of the day you placed the order. You must contact us at sales@shirtsforassholes.com. You must include you order number in your email.

If you miss the window for changing your order, you can return it once you receive it. You will be receive a full refund for the item you return. However you will still be billed for the shipping and you are responsible for paying the return shipping as well.

5. Warranties

All items are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Our products carry no warranty. If you feel you have received a defective product, you must contact us at sales@shirtsforassholes.com and include pictures showing the defect. If your item is found to be defective we will work with you to exchange your item. All returned items must be new, unworn. Any item returned that isn't new or has been worn will be return to the purchaser once they have paid for the shipping. Any item that is intended to be returned to the buyer, that the buyer does not pay for shipping, that item will be discarded as trash within 14 days of the first attempt to collect payment for shipping.

6. Force Majeure

Seller shall not be responsible for cancellation in delay of delivery of performance resulting from causes from it's reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of god; strikes or other labor disturbances; equipment failure; delays in transportation; failure to obtain fuel, material or parts; war; acts of terrorism; riots; epidemics; floods; fires; unusually sever weather conditions; accidents; or other contingencies the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption on which the order was placed.

7. Return Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. All orders are guaranteed or we'll happily give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase (excluding shipping), provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 14 days of your order. The shirts must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors.

8. Privacy Policy

We DO NOT sell your information to third parties. We only use your information to complete your transaction. We know you assholes like to be left alone.
